Each week of Exercising Values includes special tips just for moms because taking care of yourself is an important part of taking care of your family. In the complete program I show you how to systematically expose your children to character qualities that will improve their lives. This will include a delightful bedtime story taken from the best in children’s literature that illustrates the character quality of the week.
